What is this course about?
This course will give you a basic and practical understanding of Buddhism as taught by the Buddha. We will study the root teachings of early Buddhism from which other forms of Buddhism arose when it spreads in India and beyond. We will look at Buddhism as a way to self-knowledge, problem-solving and inner happiness.

Who should attend this course?
This is an open course for anyone new to Buddhism or wish to have a better understanding of what Buddhism really is. Non-Buddhists are welcome to attend this course, too.
