Your meditation, like your breath, is a life-long practice.Keeping into touch with the Buddha”s teachings helps in keeping up your mindfulness. It is also vital to keeping touch with like-minded positive people in the ambience of such study classes.
In the Sutta Discovery classes, we study the Buddha”s Teachings as found in the early Buddhist scriptures. These Sutta Discovery texts are also used by various other Buddhists in Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Australia, the USA and elsewhere for retreats, classes and self-study. These new reader-friendly translations of the early Buddhist discourses are an on-going project by Piya Tan, begun in February 2003.
The level of this open class ranges from beginner to intermediate. Beginner’s questions are welcome.
Every Wednesday at 7.30 pm ( free meditation begin at 7.20pm)
