Through this beautiful yoga series we explore the boundaries between "me" and "you" and plant powerful seeds for peace by breaking down the physical barriers we create between each other by using poses specifically designed for two people, while following a guided meditation that allows the heart to open. Together we'll explore inner and outer methods that emphasize the energetic body, open the heart and have the power to transform body and mind.

Tibetan Heart Yoga is a unique style of practicing Yoga, continuing a lineage that comes from Lord Naropa, a yogi who lived about 1100 AD. In?Tibetan Heart Yoga we work from the inside, and the outside: from the inside with our thoughts and from the outside with our pranayama(breathing), asana (posture), and ethical practices. We learn how to practice our yoga on the mat, and perfect our yoga off the mat.
