Healing our Minds: Buddhism and Stress
Do we understand the Four Noble Truths as the Buddha taught them? Should we understand dukkha as suffering or as stress or as dissatisfaction? This lecture will attempt to update familiar Buddhist terminology for the 21st century, making use of the vocabulary of psychology and the insights of meditation. The goal is to empower meditators to heal the mind using a fresh perspective on ancient methods.
