    Buddhist Art Therapy workshop taps on the ancient wisdom, and uses art as a medium to explore and express our understanding of Buddhist concepts and tenets. It will seek to help participants make a personal journey and establish an artistic link with their spiritual 'selves.' It combines Buddhism with art to produce meaningful and introspective artworks that will help broaden and deepen our understanding of common Buddhist principles, its meanings and place in our lives.

    Registration is required - this will assist us greatly to manage the event and better serve you.

    Sometimes when we think that we have made the right decision, things go awry unexpectedly. There are other times when we thought something bad happened and much good has come out of it. This talk will discuss how we can look into the positives in every situation and count our blessings despite the disappointments we encounter in life.


    DHAMMA TEACHER
    Ajahn Brahm is a graduate from the Cambridge University who spent 40 years of his life as a monk living in the forest. He is the Abbot of Bodhinyana Monastery in Western Australia with 22 monks under his training. He is also the Spiritual Patron of the Buddhist Fellowship. Ajahn Brahm has a great insights and an exceptional sense of humour.
